GoGlokal will ensure that your package is delivered to the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of checkout through GoGlokal partnered courier service providers.
Please check at the time of purchase if your location falls within our delivery radius. If your area is not covered, the same will be indicated when you enter your delivery location at the time of checkout. Currently we are only able to deliver within Dubai.
You can choose the type of delivery you want from the available options at the time of checkout. Some products offer ‘Same day delivery’ while some others offer ‘Next day delivery’. This means that your package will be delivered to you within 24 hours to 48 hours depending on your selection.
Any delivery charges will be mentioned at the time of checkout. While a standard delivery is free of charge, priority shipping such as ‘Same Day’ or ‘Next Day’ deliveries may incur additional charges. Please be sure to check the relevant option at the time of checkout.
Multiple Shipments/Orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Businesses on GoGlokal.com are allowed fair autonomy to dictate their own terms of sale. Please make sure you read the product specific returns policy (if any) as mentioned on the product page carefully before purchasing, to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
Terms and Conditions for returns
Criteria for return requests
- Faulty/incorrect/physically damaged products reported to GoGlokal within 24 hours of product delivery by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with images of the damaged product.
- Incorrect item – the item differs majorly from the images and description in its listing
- Incorrect color/size than what was ordered
Note: Some of the items on this website are handmade. Some variations and imperfections may be present and will not constitute a “faulty product”.
A return will not be accepted in the following conditions:
- Custom made or personalized items
- Items that have been worn/washed/soiled or without tags
- Inner wear, lingerie, beachwear, earrings, unsealed cosmetics – on grounds of hygiene
- Products which were sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
- Seal-opened items in case of not being happy with the product – on grounds that it can’t be resold
- Return requests made outside the specified time frame (within 24 hours of delivery).
- Without all product labels and original packaging.
Note: If the return is due to a fault of the seller and verified by the GoGlokal team, the original shipping/handling will be refunded along with the product value, back to your original source of payment.
We will accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order as long as the order has not yet been delivered to you. If the order is already delivered, this will constitute a ‘Request for Refund’ and the appropriate criteria for issuance of refund will apply in such cases. Kindly refer to ‘Terms and Conditions for returns’ above for more information. Refunds, if any, will be made to the original source of payment.
Online Paid Orders
Refunds for all online paid orders (wherever eligible) will be done back to the original source of payment. For example, if you have paid for the order using your credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit account only. Please allow for up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited into your account.
Cash on Delivery Orders
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the value of the product returned would automatically reflect in the form of store credit in your account. By logging into your account, you can access your credit balance. With this credit, you can can make new purchases on GoGlokal.com
Once you have placed your order & paid through any of the available online payment methods, you will receive a confirmation via email & SMS on the registered email ID & phone number you have provided us with. Please allow for a few minutes to receive the confirmation.
If you have not received any confirmation for your order within 3 hours of placing the order and your payment has been deducted, please let us know by writing to us on email@example.com.
