How can I track my orders and from where?

You can track your orders by going to your profile section on the header bar and clicking on ‘orders’. This will give you a complete list of all your past & current orders.

When will I receive my order(s)?

The shipping information will be shared with you once your order has been placed. We will send an email to the ID you provided us. If you did not receive this email, please write to with your order ID and we’ll get back to you within a few hours.

How much do you charge for a delivery?

Delivery charges may vary depending on your purchased products and your shipping address. The charges will be displayed on the right hand side under ‘View Cart’ before the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ option.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Our delivery partner will ensure to call you upon delivery. In the event that you or someone on your behalf isn’t around to receive it, we will make a second attempt to deliver your product. If you have a preferred time, you may ask the delivery person for the same, when he calls you.

I want to cancel my order. How can I do it?

You may cancel your order by going to your profile section on the header bar and clicking on ‘Orders’. This will give you a complete list of all your orders. Adjacent to the order ID, under ‘actions’ you will see the ‘Cancel’ option. If you do not see it, this may be because the seller does not allow orders to be cancelled once placed. Unfortunately due to some items being customized or made to order, such orders will not have the cancellation option either.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t ship internationally right now, unfortunately.

I want to edit my order. How can I do it?

If you want to add some items to your order, you will have to place a fresh order. We’ll try to ensure all your items come together, although since deliveries are currently handled by a 3rd party, we can’t assure you that all your stuff will reach you together. If you want to replace some or all of the items in your order with other items, you will still need to place a fresh order and we can try to get the previous order cancelled (if applicable) and issue the refund of the excess amount (if any) to your Glokal wallet.

Do I need to sign in to order?

No, fortunately for you, you do not need to sign in to the platform to place your order. You will however need to provide your shipping address, contact & payment information so that we can successfully deliver your package to you. We do recommend you create a profile though, because that’ll help us remember your shipping address & other details (if you allow us to) to make your future ordering experience smoother & faster. Can I get same day delivery?

Some products are available for same day shipping. If your product qualifies for Same Day delivery, you will find this option available at checkout. Please be sure to select it, if you want your product delivered on the same day.

How secure are Glokal’s online payment systems?

For the safety of everyone that uses the ‘online payment’ feature to make a purchase on Glokal, we’ve partnered with ‘Telr’ one of the most secure and advanced PCI DSS compliant payment processors in the middle-east. Glokal does not store any card data of its users, this is taken care of by Telr who is authorized to do so, by the PCI DSS. For those curious to know more about this, follow this link.

What payment modes and cards are accepted on

You may pay through your credit or debit card. Alternatively you may choose to pay cash at the time of delivery. As we add more options, they will automatically become available to you at the time of checkout.

I bought an item and I simply changed my mind. Can I return it?

Absolutely! As long as the above criteria for returning of goods are met, you may return the item by contacting us at with the reason for the return, within 24 hours of receiving your order. The request will need to be investigated by both the seller and GoGlokal team as per the returns and exchange policy. You will be notified by GoGlokal team and informed about reverse pick-up for the product purchased.

Note: The shipping cost for the reverse pick-up will need to be paid by the buyer. Once we have actioned your request, you will receive an email informing you about the store credits being credited into your account minus any reverse pick up charges.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

In some cases, the seller may not be able to provide you with a warranty owing to the fact that some of them are small businesses & operating from their homes. If the product comes with a warranty, you will find the same mentioned in the ‘product description’ section on the product page.

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

Our sellers make every effort to ensure that your item is packaged appropriately so that it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that you do receive a broken/damaged item, please report your concern by emailing us at within 24 hours of receiving your order along with the images of the damaged product. We will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product, check for the physical damage and once approved by the seller, credit the refund to your source of payment.

To prevent misuse of this policy, we won’t consider complaints about broken items received more than 2 days after delivery.

Note: If the return is due to a fault of the seller and verified by the GoGlokal team, the original shipping/reverse shipping will be refunded along with the product value, in the form of store credit.

I paid through Cash on Delivery, how will I receive a refund for my item?

If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the value of the product returned would automatically reflect in the form of store credit in your account. By logging into your account, you can access your credit balance. With this credit, you can can make new purchases on

How do I start selling?

You can start selling in 3 simple steps.

  • In the footer on our website, look for ‘Sell on Glokal’. Click it and enter your details there.
  • Next, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours (please bear with us if it takes longer) to collect some more information such as what business you’re into, your bank account details to transfer your revenue back to you & your catalogue of products that you want to sell on Glokal.
  • We’ll do all the heavy lifting and ensure your store is up & running for you to sell & share your login credentials with you so you can start receiving orders & making money. Voila!
Can I track my Sales; Inventory; Shipment requests; Orders; Invoices; Accounts etc?

Yes, you can track all of these details on the dashboard provided to you. Please be sure to use the right credentials to login. If you’re having trouble logging in, please write to us with the subject line ‘Unable to Login’ & send it to We’ll get back to you asap with a solution.

What are your guidelines for uploading images and videos?

At Glokal, we want to ensure that every customer has a wonderful experience browsing through your product range seamlessly just like they would at a real store.

In order to bring in the same level of standard, quality & customer experience, Glokal requests that you abide by the following guidelines:

  • Avoid duplication of photos, multiple images from the same or similar angles.
  • No plagiarized photos or photos of others’ products posted without their permission
  • No photos that contain promotional content or written text in them. Contact us to run promotions on your store/product.
  • Avoid blurry photos or photos taken under poor or low light conditions.
  • No photos containing watermarks or write-ups of any kind
  • Ensure to use good lighting to take pictures of your products, after all, the customer will judge them by how they look in the pictures before buying.
  • Ensure to upload photos with a minimum resolution of 480×640 and up to a maximum of 786×1024 for your products.
How long does it take to sign up & start selling on

Once we get in touch with you after you have filled in the initial details on our website, if we receive all additional information in the correct format within the same day, your products will be live on the store in 2 working days’ time.

Do I need a license to sell on your website?

As per the regulations of the government of UAE, every individual providing any goods or services in exchange for money must be licensed by a competent authority within the UAE.

What are your charges for selling on

Selling on Glokal is a lot easier than you think and it does not come at a hefty price. Please DM us on our instagram handle @glokalofficial or write to us at if you’re interested to sign up with us & we will share all the details you will need.

When will the money be credited into my bank account?

We will transfer your funds into your account minus any deductibles twice a month. For example: Funds for orders received between the 16th to the 30th or 31st of a month will be transferred to you on the 1st of the next month. Similarly, funds for orders received between the 1st & the 15th of a month will be transferred to you on the 16th of the same month.

Who is going to deliver products to the customer?

We’ve partnered with trustworthy 3rd party delivery services to ensure that the package is picked up from you & delivered to the customer on time.

Can I sell to customers outside the UAE?

Due to regulatory requirements, we’re currently unable to deliver to customers outside of the UAE. But we’ll begin doing this soon.

What products are prohibited on
  1. Living creature of any kind such as household pets, farm animals, wildlife, reptiles, and insects including animal organs.
  2. Gambling and lottery including lottery tickets, coin operated slot machines, and slot machines that can be converted to use coins, credit cards, and cash.
  3. Alcoholic beverages of any kind, is strictly not allowed.
  4. Hazardous chemicals and dangerous products including explosives, weapons, blades & knives, books with information on how to make weapons, explosive devices, products containing red phosphorus, products containing thermite, used oil, products and batteries containing mercury and products contaminated by radiation.
  5. Drugs of any kind.
  6. Sexual wellness products including products that portray nudity in a graphic manner, sexual health products, sexual aid devices, adult-only novelty items.
  7. Unauthorized copies of art or reproductions of artwork that violates any copyrights and trademarks.
  8. Counterfeits products. reserves the right to remove your listing, suspend your account and/or cancel your membership if you cannot prove the ingenuity of your products.
